Nd:YVO4and Nd:GdVO4are commonly applied in diode pumped solid state lasers. Comparing with Nd:YAG, they featured much higher absorption coefficient in a broader band centered at 808nm, and larger stimulated emission cross-section at lasing wavelengths, bring lower lasing threshold and higher slope efficiency. Their natural birefringence gives rise to a highly polarized output. Using CZ method, LNG Optics provide Nd:YVO4and Nd:GdVO4with different doping rates, and pure YVO4for birefringent applications. We also accept contract growth of special doping vanadate crystals according to customers’ requirements.
